We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a charming town close to skiing. The room was clean and very spacious, with a comfortable bed. The hotel facilities, including the bar and terrace, were great. We were able to lock our bikes in the indoor storage room, which was perfect since we came by bike from Annecy. The hotel also has a private parking area, making it easily accessible by car. The staff at the reception were very attentive and helpful, even reserving a restaurant for us and providing recommendations. The hotel's location in this quaint town was perfect for exploring and it was interesting to see a town we would not normally visit. we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is very good, right in the centre of Faverges, just around an hour or so away from the La Plagne ski resort. Wifi connection is also included.

We had a fantastic stay at De Geneve Et Restaurant in Faverges-Seythenex. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a super comfortable bed. We particularly appreciated the hotel's indoor storage room, which was perfect for safely locking up our bikes. our stay was delightful and we would definitely return for a longer visit.

Very pleasant stay at this hotel, helped by friendly family who were always available and willing to help. The man spoke English. Location right in the centre ofn the village, shops and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. Pleasant breakfast buffet and bar sering drinks on the terrace. Clean and spacious room. Would recommend if seeking a base to explore the area. Lake annecy 10 minutes drive away (or a pleasant cycle along cycle track - bikes can be hirde from shop in the village).

Stayed 1 night, on the way to the three valleys for skiing. Was excellent location for this. Very friendly and welcoming.

Not a destination hotel

I always come back to this hotel. The staff is helpful, and on my first stay, they helped me with bug spray. The place has Wi-Fi, parking, bar, restaurant, TV. Can't wait for New Year's!

The room are tiny, the heat in the room was by using the AC. When we accessed the room was quite cold

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted and guided to the free private parking just behind the hotel. The reception staff went above and beyond by recommending a local restaurant and even calling to book a table for me, despite my late arrival on a Friday evening. The room was comfortable and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning. The hotel's charm and the delightful town in the valley made for a perfect stopover. I would definitely consider staying here again for a longer visit.

Car park tricky to find, and a bit tight for manoeuvres. Stairs were a bit dangerous, with different size top step from multiple remodelling. Fine once you knew, could cause an injury if you were not looking.

Good for a night if you want to drive into the lower Soviore Alps...take the back road out of town for a charming ride.

Eat dinner early...they roll up the sidewalks. A pizza place two blocks north was a better than expected dinner surprise however.

With its proximity to the city centre and numerous leisure activities, Hotel De Geneve Et Restaurant in Faverges-Seythenex proved to be the perfect starting point for our family trip. The hotel offers a range of activities, such as golfing and cycling, and even provided ski equipment and hiking trail guides upon request. The terrace and ski pass sales point added to the overall charm and convenience of the hotel.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a dedicated play area for children.

A nice place run by two brothers. We stopped overnight before heading up the mountain to ski. Interesting to see a town we would never normally visit. A v sleepy place - the noisiest thing was the lovely clock bells. V dog friendly.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had during our stay. The location of the hotel was excellent, being close to the train station and the lake, making it convenient for exploring the city and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.- The room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

The variety of beer available on tap was limited, with only Heineken being offered. It would have been nice to have the option to try a local Savoy beer, as it would have added to the experience of trying local products.
